Looking back along the street towards the "Golden Gate". This gate was also designed by a Flemish architect, Abraham van den Blocke. The arch has been rebuilt in its original condition after the war, even though the original sculptures were lost before the turn of the century. Houses were first built in Dluga Street in the 13th century.
