The Sacre Coeur: The Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the Hill of Martyrs is the most imposing and beautiful sight in Paris, especially at night. It marks the hill on which the patron saint of Paris, St. Denys, was executed and is reputed to have walked away with his head in his hands.
