Northstar-at-Tahoe
Sunday 26 January 1992

Weather

Started cloudy with hazy sunshine. Cooler than the previous day.

Conditions

All lifts and the majority of runs open. Some fresh man-made snow overnight.

Overall

The same group as on the previous day. This time we all skied together for virtually all of the day. There was no question of finishing early for the trip back down to the Santa Cruz, we skied every minute.

It was a very energetic day, with peer pressure proving a major factor. There was a heavy focus on fast skiing down the backside. Chris and Jenny proved too good for the adults!

Just before the end of the afternoon, Jenny crashed very heavily .. her fault but that didn't stop it hurting. There was no way she would stop and it was back to Burn Out for one final (fast) run.

The group that headed back to the Bay area was pretty shattered. Chris and Jenny definitely voted the weekend a success.
