The Wawel Castle - Sigismund Tower

The Sigismund Tower is sited to the North Of the cathedral in the Wawel, about half way along the nave. It houses a peal of five bells, four small ones and this, the largest bell in Poland. It was cast in 1520 and weighs 300 km. It is 2.4 metres in diameter and 2 metres high.
