Six months after diagnosis - Time to break out the champagne
Exactly six months to the day since my original diagnosis last August and time to reflect and celebrate.

It took time for the original diagnosis to sink in. It has taken time for the fact that I may now be clear of lymphoma to sink in.

On 16th August last year, I wrote:
"Prognosis is very bad. Sue was devastated. I felt as if someone had kicked me in the goolies.
I WILL TRUST IN GOD AND LEAN ON THOSE WHO ARE SUPPORTING ME IN PRAYER!"

Lydia in the Architecting the Enterprise office encouraged me with the words
"Just remember God is your fortress. And through him anything is possible."

In my wildest dreams, I could not have hoped to have made the progress I have made. God really has provided an answer to prayer.

Sue and I celebrated in the evening with prayers and then a bottle of champagne and chocolate fondue.

The "highlight" of the day was a visit to the chiropodist after which I walked home from town (first time for a long time), This was obviously a benefit of the exercise I got in Hawaii last week.
